CURSA
MODELS is a Sabadell (Barcelona) company dedicated
to the development and reproduction of cars in slot on 1/32
and 1/24 scales. Founded in 2004 by Mr. Juanjo Moya, technician
in composites and prototypes applied to the automotion and
founder and proprietor of Mini Réplicas
from 1991 to 1999.
The quality prestige that took Mini Réplicas,
and the total deficiency of manufacturers in the Spanish
market, took Juanjo Moya to create in 1991 the company to
develop slot cars on scale 1/32 being pioneering in the
resin manufacture and introducing a new concept in our market
that quickly get a warm welcome between the public obtaining
the recognition of the international slotist community.
During this period and as of year 1995 he synchronized its
Mini Réplicas company with its work in the center
of I+D of SEAT to happen later to SEAT Sport
and to even arrive at the Formula 1 in the disappear
Team Prost F1. Later happened to comprise of the department
of Composites of Gabord Engineering Competition.
During this professional stage he perfected and it investigated
with techniques and new compound materials that are the
base of the present quality of CURSA MODELS, centered
in obtaining the maximum performance in the slot tracks
without losing aesthetic level, for it have looked for the
best machineries and techniques of most modern elaboration
of the material, with a human team, computer science and
electronic that at any moment controls the quality of Structured
Composite, material in which the models are made.
The machinery is the key for the elaboration of products
made in Composite.
